Welcome to the Beauty Certified Education Association, a non-profit and dedicated resource center serving professionals in the Hair, Skin, and Nails industry. Our organization is committed to charitable and educational endeavors with the aim of fostering unity among local salons and cosmetologists through comprehensive education.
ONLINE EDUCATION
4hr Continuing Education Approved by the State of MN.
If you can't attend an in-person class, don’t worry. We are the largest provider of ONLINE CE Classes in MN. We offer both CORE 4hr and Professional Practice 4hr CE Classes online. You can take these classes anytime.
IN PERSON
EDUCATION
In-person look and learn sessions and hands-on academy classes are available for stylists of all experience levels. Most classes longer than 4 hours are approved for 4 hours of continuing education credit.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
BCEA Community Events aim to unite beauty industry professionals. These gatherings provide opportunities to learn from one another and support career growth. Some events feature local artists showcasing their work, while others focus on business discussions with a panel of artists. After the event, attendees can relax, enjoy a drink, listen to music, and connect with fellow community members.
AXCELR8 ACADEMY
Axcelr8 Academy, founded by Stephen Adams, offers hands-on training for hairdressers. It's perfect for beginners and experienced stylists needing a refresher. You can choose from three options: a full package for $1200, a 2-day weekend course for $325, or a 1-day training for $175. All classes are Hands on and CE approved by the MN Board of Cosmetology through the BCEA.
